1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AI Bot for XPoker software and related services (“Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

Download and install AI Bot for XPoker on your personal Android device or emulator
Use the software for personal, non-commercial purposes
Access features corresponding to your active subscription tier

This license does not include the right to sublicense, resell, redistribute or create derivative works based on the software.

3. Subscription and Payment

Access to AI Bot for XPoker requires an active subscription processed via Telegram using our fuel-based pricing model. By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:

All payments are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law
Activation keys are issued per-account and may not be shared or transferred
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice
Subscriptions may be terminated for violations of these Terms without refund

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use AI Bot for XPoker only in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms. You must not:

Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software
Share, sell or distribute your activation key to third parties

Use the software in any way that violates the terms of the poker platforms you use

User responsibility: You are solely responsible for compliance with the rules and terms of service of any poker platform you use AI Bot for XPoker with. We make no representations regarding the permissibility of using analytical software on any specific platform. You assume full legal and financial responsibility for any consequences arising from your use of the Service.

5. Age Restriction

This Service is strictly for users aged 18 and over. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to terminate accounts where age verification fails.

6. Responsible Gaming

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

AI Bot for XPoker is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices. We make no representations that use of the software will result in improved poker results or financial gains.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including financial losses at the poker table. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to AI Bot for XPoker at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the software immediately ceases and no refund will be issued for unused subscription time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via Telegram. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before resorting to formal dispute resolution.
